At Restaurant De Kas, the garden truly leads the menu, with seasonal produce grown on-site and harvested daily. From greenhouse cultivation to beautifully presented dishes, it offers an inspiring example of how horticulture, flavour and design can come together in a fresh, immersive dining experience.

Our visit to Booran Reserve in Glen Huntly was the opportunity to learn some amazing facts about the conversion of this site from old reservoir to award-winning public park.
Our event at Established Tree Transplanters gave our attendees a peak behind the scenes at this unique nursery where 80% of the trees are grown in the ground at either their Hoddles Creek site or in Echuca.
