Weed foraging in April! This month we have the opportunity to visit Doris Pozzi, Melbourne’s own Edible Weeds Guru at her Yarra Valley property to go foraging for weeds – that’s right, we don’t have enough at home!
Doris will take us on a tour of her beautiful, organic garden to enlighten us about the value of the humble weed and all its uses.
