Join us for a delightful day exploring coastal gardens and native plant inspiration on the Mornington Peninsula.
We begin with a guided tour of Shoreham Native Nursery, led by renowned native plant expert Kate Skvor. Discover exceptional Australian plants, gain practical advice, and learn how to select species that thrive in coastal conditions.
From there, we’ll take a short 10-minute drive to Georgie Bass Café, 30 Cook Street, Flinders, for a relaxed lunch at 12pm (at your own expense).
After lunch, we’ll visit Jo Ferguson’s beautifully layered coastal garden at 2351 Mornington–Flinders Road, Flinders. Jo will share her design philosophy, plant choices, and insights into creating gardens that are resilient, textural, and deeply connected to place.
