2026 Dawn Fleming Student Scholarship Winner

We are delighted to announce that the 2026 winner of the Dawn Fleming Student Scholarship is Kellie Brouwer.

Kellie Brouwer, who is currently studying Certificate III in Horticulture at Chisholm Institute Cranbourne, has been awarded our Dawn Fleming Student Scholarship for 2026.

Kellie, who has a particular passion for hybridising Anthuriums, studies full-time, and has casual jobs at Bunnings and with NGIV on Trade Days.

Our judges were impressed by her “… initiative in creating new Anthurium varieties, selling them through her small online store. This entrepreneurial approach reflects the curiosity, experimentation, and persistence that underpin horticultural innovation. It is Kellie’s spirit and enthusiasm that will make her a leader in the industry”.
