Beth Gregory doesn’t stand still!
From a career as a brand strategist and visual communication designer, she is now channelling her creativity into the world of sustainable horticulture. Multi-tasking is her mantra: dabbling in regenerative farming in Sri Lanka, developing edible and pollinator urban gardens and winning Silver at MIFGS for her Achievable Garden. With all that going on she succeeded in winning both Horticulture Student of the Year and the overall Outstanding VET Student of the Year awards at Melbourne Polytechnic this year! Well done Beth!
